Why Study in the UK (Essay 3)
The UK university is a multicultural place where you can learn how to solve global issues from many perspectives. I chose three similar courses at three dissimilar UK universities. First, I chose MSc Corporate Brand Management at Brunel University London where is the first school to present that specialization. The modules will support me to learn more about corporate culture identity. Moreover, The course content provides the cornerstone of Corporate Brand Management and how to understand Advanced in Corporate branding SMEs, Star-ups, and multinationals directed by Professor John M.T. Balmer. I need to study how to change the stereotype of cooperative fields in my hometown country where Cooperatives have a bad stereotype by the people's view due to unscrupulous cases of moneylenders, illegal loans of irrational interest often on titling a cooperative as the main actor.
Secondly, I chose Oxford Brooke university for MSc Marketing and Brand Management. I believe there is a magical place where I can transform my future career to be stunning. Studying in this course can help to create campaigns for branding companies to build corporate identity. I will be coached and mentored by advantage researchers at Research Centre for Business, Society, and Global Challenges (BSGC), which has a huge partnership around the world with strong modules. They provide how to understand analysis and decision-making skills in dynamic marketing fields.
Thirdly, MSc Management and Finance at Aberystwyth University will help me to further study how to address Global challenges in finance for corporate subjects. The modules are very interesting, they provide advanced corporate finance, Human Resources Management, and organizational Behavior. According to the latest National Student Survey (NSS), Aberystwyth Business School provided impressive teaching with a rating overall of 90% by the student. Moreover, Aberystwyth is one of the beautiful places in Wales, the combination of view and academic environment can help students convenience for studying.
Career Plan (Essay 4)
After the study, I am confident that my management-knowledge skills will be improved. I would like to return back to my current workplace. In my immediate plan, I will change the corporate identity of cooperative through optimized financial services in each level of stakeholders. Loan distributions for Expansion SME and integrating the Communication of the shareholder, Management, and Employee, those will be my concern. In 2 years, I will enlarge the loan distribution for the region Bandar Lampung city, owing to SMEs in Lampung having the potential to develop. I will use digital communication to build integration in All attribute corporate.
SMEs Culinary business in Indonesia has an impressive variety. Consequently, I plan to build a big Co-op consisting of All SMEs in Indonesia with Gofood and Grabfood in Indonesia which has a huge database of SMEs. It will be possible to create one network in Co-op unity. I will build collaboration with Gofood and Grabfood to provide Digital loans exclusive for their members of SMEs. The Supply chain integration and Financial Services support for SMEs business. SMEs development contributes to Economic growth and tends to survive in fluctuating circumstances. Indonesia is one of the potential fastest-growing economies in which SMEs have a large portion contribution. In the long term, I will strengthen the relationship between Indonesia-UK through a partnership with Co-ops UK which has a great network of thousands of members. I hope this collaboration will facilitate members' business to meet their needs. Sharing knowledge business ideas, support the supply chain in goods and services, and funding business. I believe this is incredibly helpful to increase economic synergy between Indonesia-UK.
In addition, I was graduated with a Bachelor of Economics in IBI Darmajaya Management Program Study. My previous education provided me a cornerstone of the Management course. I believe It will support me to reach further study in UK universities. Hence, Studying MSc wide opens my career opportunities. I am sure that getting a higher occupation to change the picture of cooperation in my home country.
